What a school gets
Each module is switched on per school. Start with the website and attendance; add the rest when the school is ready.
A website in the school's own colours
Logo, palette, fonts, leadership messages, admissions enquiries — the public face of the school, edited by the office, live in a minute.
Attendance the way the school takes it
Once a day, morning and afternoon, or every period. Only the teacher in the room can mark it. Absences reach parents by e-mail the same hour.
Timetables that respect teachers
Drag subjects into the week; clashes are blocked before you drop. Daily and weekly load limits per teacher, visible while you plan.
Gradebook and report cards
Per-subject marks with core and elective subjects per student, and report cards a parent can open on a phone.
Notices and circulars
Public notices on the board with pins and expiry dates; internal circulars to exactly the staff, students or parents they concern.
One parent hub across schools
A parent with children in different schools signs in once and sees every child — attendance, timetable, report cards, announcements.

The address and the colours
Pick the school's web address and upload the logo. The site is live with the school's own palette.
Classes, sections, teachers
Set up the year's grid, assign class teachers, put subjects against each section.
Students by CSV
Import the roll. Logins for students and parents are created and e-mailed automatically.
For parents
One sign-in for every child, even across schools
Your account is the e-mail the school has for you. Open the hub and switch between children: today's attendance, the week's timetable, report cards, and every notice and circular the school has sent your way.
